Health Coaching Program

This program helps you align all areas of your life to achieve balance and get the best version of yourself.

I work hand in hand with you, accompanying you for 3 to 6 months in sessions every 15 days to design a healthy lifestyle in every sense, giving you the tools and all the support you need to achieve your wellness goals. Self-care is the key to having a full life, normally with all the daily challenges: home, work, children, husband, worries (money, obesity, love among other things) we tend to forget a little about all the aspects of our life that make this great puzzle complete.

My role as a Health Coach is not to prescribe, diagnose or treat any specific condition; rather, to support clients in implementing the changes recommended by their health care team, providing encouragement, accountability and motivation to create healthier habits.

At the end of the prescribed time, you will see significant changes in your body, in your way of thinking and facing daily challenges, in your self-esteem, in your relationship with food and the way you relate to the world.

It's not about following rigid and boring diets, it's about knowing yourself, creating a system that always works for you and not only to lose those extra pounds, but also to build a healthy lifestyle.
